The Journey Ends…

This is going to be major, depending on how big of a fan you are of our work. We are announcing that Through Our Eyes Photography will no longer be offering its services. After much deliberation, we decided that we simply do not have the time to market our services to a level that we aim for.

For our “We Are 100″ contest winners (you know who you are), I will keep to the promise and shoot your sessions. For myself, this has been a great journey where I have met a lot of people and learnt a lot alone in 2010. Moving forward, I am now offering my services solely as a second shooter. Or third, or fourth, you get what I mean :)

As for Tim, well, I guess he will still be shooting for friends and relatives whenever he can. He will also be mountainbiking down some hills so don’t be surprised if you see him at Bukit Kiara zooming down and screaming Banzai!

We would like to thank all our friends and family members who have supported us through our 2 year journey. And to all the beautiful people who trusted us to capture the memories of the biggest day of your lives, we can’t thank you enough.

It has been great, it has been wild and it has been one heck of a ride.

It must be my cute face but I didn’t have much to fear after all as Rae-lynn and Reuel love cameras and they love to have their photos taken, so “Uncle Nick” was very fast in their good books. So, after that first meeting, the next time we met was the actual shoot itself.

My Journey into WPPM

My Journey to WPPM

When I first heard of Wedding & Portraits Photographers Malaysia (WPPM), I wasn’t sure if I wanted to join the Enthusiast or Pro category. While I have been shooting with Tim since 2008, being certified seems like a next step that I wasn’t too sure if I was ready to take. The biggest question was, what was the ultimate reason I wanted to be certified?
